Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and everything opens in the browser, on iPhone and Android.
How do guests upload photos?
Guests scan your QR code with their phone camera, type their name and tap Add photos & videos. They can pick lots at once from their camera roll, with no app or account.
How do I print my QR code?
Go to QR & sharing, choose a design and size, then download a print-ready PDF for your home printer or a print shop. You can also download just the QR code as a PNG or SVG.
Are photos uploaded in full resolution?
Yes. We store the original file exactly as uploaded, including iPhone HEIC photos, and create smaller previews for browsing.
Can I approve photos before they show on the slideshow?
Yes. Turn on approval in Event settings and new uploads wait for you or a co-host.
How do I download every photo?
Open Photos & videos and choose Download all. You’ll get a zip file of full-quality originals.
How long will my photos be kept?
Free 7 days, Gathering 15 days, Celebration 3 months and Business 6 months after your event. Paid plans can be extended up to 6 months, the maximum for any event. Download your originals to keep them for good.
Is my event private?
Anyone with your link can open it, so share it only with your guests. For extra privacy, add a password in Event settings.
