Free preview vs. going live
Updated October 2026 · 3 minute read
Quick answer
Every event starts on the Free plan, which allows up to 10 guests uploading and 50 photos, kept for 7 days. Choosing a paid plan removes those limits and adds features like videos, the live slideshow and longer storage.
What the Free plan includes
- Up to 10 guests uploading and 50 photos.
- A written guestbook.
- A themed QR card to print.
- Photo challenges (up to 3).
- Downloading photos one by one.
- Your gallery is kept for 7 days.
What changes when you choose a plan
| Plan | Price per event | Best for | Gallery kept |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Trying it out, tiny get-togethers (up to 10 guests, 50 photos) | 7 days |
| Gathering | $19 CAD / $15 USD | Kids’ parties, showers and dinners (up to 50 guests) | 15 days |
| Celebration | $79 CAD / $59 USD | Weddings, milestone birthdays and big parties | 3 months |
| Business | $149 CAD / $109 USD | Company parties, conferences and galas (up to 2,000 attendees) | 6 months |
A good way to test
Create your event on Free, then ask two or three friends to scan the QR code and add photos. When you’re happy with how it works, choose the plan that fits your guest count before you print your QR cards. Your link and QR code stay the same when you upgrade.
Common questions
Does my QR code change when I upgrade?
No. Your event link and QR code stay exactly the same, so you can print them before you choose a plan.
What happens if guests reach the Free limit?
Guests won’t be able to add more photos until you upgrade. Everything already uploaded stays in your gallery.
