Inviting co-hosts and moderators

Quick answer

On Celebration and Business, you can invite co-hosts by email from your event’s Team settings. Co-hosts can help approve photos, run the slideshow and download the gallery, so you don’t have to be on your phone during your own event.

How to invite a co-host

    Open Team
    In your event dashboard, open Team.

    Add their email
    Type the co-host’s email address and send the invitation.

    They accept
    They follow the link in the email and sign in or create a free account.

What co-hosts can do

  • Approve, hide or remove photos.
  • Start and control the slideshow.
  • Download photos and guestbook messages.
  • Change the event’s design and settings.

Who makes a good co-host

A partner, a planner, the maid of honour or best man, or the MC. Pick someone who will be at the event and has their phone with them. On Business, you can add several admins from your team.

Common questions

Can a co-host delete my event or change my plan?

No. Only the event owner can change the plan, transfer the event or delete it.
