Handing an event over to a client

Quick answer

With Business Membership, you can transfer an event to your client after it ends. They get their own account with the full gallery, and you can choose whether to stay on as a co-host.

How to hand over

  1. 1
    Open Team
    In the event dashboard.
  2. 2
    Choose Transfer ownership
    Enter your client’s email address.
  3. 3
    Your client accepts
    They sign in or create a free account and the event moves to them.

Good to know

  • The gallery’s storage time doesn’t change.
  • You can stay on as a co-host if your client agrees.
