How do I get photos from my guests?

Put your Sharefetti QR code on tables, signs or invitations. Guests scan it with their phone camera, add their name and upload photos and videos straight to your event album. You get everything in one place, in full quality.

Do guests need to download an app or sign up?

No. They scan the code with their phone camera and it opens in the browser. They type their name once so you know who took what.

What kinds of events can I use Sharefetti for?

Any event where guests take photos: weddings, birthdays, kids’ parties, corporate parties, conferences, graduations, reunions, baby showers, festivals and more. The guest page and emails adapt to the type of event you choose.

How much does an event photo sharing app cost?

Sharefetti is free to try. When you go live you pay once per event: Gathering $19, Celebration $79 or Business $149 CAD ($15, $59 or $109 USD). No subscription, unless you choose the Business Membership for many events.

Is it better than a shared Google Photos album?

A shared album works when everyone uses the same app and signs in. Sharefetti works for every guest with just a QR code, no app or account, and adds a live slideshow, a voice and video guestbook and photo approval.

Does it work for corporate events and conferences?

Yes. Add your company logo and colours, turn on photo approval, show a live slideshow at the venue, and download everything for your marketing team. Business plans include multiple events, admins and invoices.

Will the photos lose quality?

No. Originals are stored exactly as uploaded. We only make smaller copies for fast browsing.

Can I stop something embarrassing from reaching the big screen?

Yes. Turn on approval and photos wait for a tap from you or a co-host before anyone else sees them.

What if the venue Wi-Fi is terrible?

Guests can try again when the signal improves, or add their photos the next day from home. The link keeps working for as long as your gallery is open.

How long do you keep everything?

Free 7 days, Gathering 15 days, Celebration 3 months and Business 6 months after your event. Paid plans can be extended up to 6 months, the maximum for any event. We’ll email you before your gallery closes so you can download everything.
