Are the QR code templates really free?

Yes. Every design and format is free on every plan, including the Free plan. Download a print-ready PDF in any preset size and print it at home or at any print shop.

Do guests need an app to scan the QR code?

No. Any iPhone or Android camera opens your event page straight away. Guests add their name and start sharing photos and videos.

Can I change the colours and wording?

Yes. Each design picks up your event name, date and colours, and you can rewrite the headline. Business plans add your company logo and brand colours automatically.

What size should I print a table card?

4 × 6 inches works for most tables. Keep the QR code at least 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) wide so it scans from across a table; our kids’ party designs use an extra-large code for parents on the move.

What should a wedding QR code sign say?

Keep it short: your names and date, a line like “Share your photos with us”, and “Scan with your phone camera. No app needed.” Add the event password if you set one. Every template fills these in for you.

Will the QR code stop working?

The code always points to your event page. While your gallery is open, guests can view and share; after it closes, the page explains that the gallery has ended.
