Quick answer

You can upgrade at any time, even during your event, and you only pay the difference. New features and higher limits apply straight away, and your link and QR code stay the same.

How to upgrade

    Open Plan & billing
    In your event dashboard.
  2. 2
    Choose the new plan
    You’ll see the difference you’ll pay.

    Pay
    The upgrade applies straight away.
