Uploading videos

Quick answer
Guests upload videos the same way as photos. MP4 and MOV (iPhone) are supported. On Gathering, videos can be up to 30 seconds; on Celebration and Business, full-length videos are included. The Free plan is photos only.

Processing
After a video uploads, we prepare a preview so it plays smoothly on phones and on the slideshow. Short clips are ready quickly; long videos take a little longer. The original file is kept unchanged for downloading.
Tips
- Long videos are big files. On busy venue Wi-Fi, guests can add photos first and long videos later from home.
- Keep the page open while a video uploads.
