Quick answer
Free allows 10 guests and 50 photos. Gathering allows 50 guests (100 with an add-on), unlimited photos and 30-second videos. Celebration and Business include unlimited photos and full-length videos.

Photos upload at full size, straight from the phone. There’s no need to resize anything before uploading.
What happens at a limit
If an event reaches its plan’s limit, guests see a message and can’t add more until the host upgrades. Nothing already uploaded is affected.
