Adding your QR code to invitations

Quick answer

Add your event QR code to the invitation or an insert so guests can share photos before, during and after the event. Download the invitation insert from QR & sharing, or add the QR code PNG or SVG to your own design.

Why it helps

  • Guests can add photos from the engagement, the hen or stag do, or getting ready.
  • Everyone already has the link on the day.
  • Guests can find it again afterwards to add photos from home.

How to do it

  1. 1
    Set uploads to open early
    In your event settings, choose when uploads open.

    Download the insert
    Open QR & sharing and choose Invitation insert, or download the code on its own.
  3. 3
    Add a line of text
    For example: “Scan to share your photos with us, before, during and after the day.”
