What happens when a gallery expires

Quick answer

We email you before your gallery closes. When it closes, guests can no longer see it. You then have 14 days to restore it for a fee, and after that it’s permanently deleted.

    Reminder emails
    We email you ahead of the closing date, with a link to download everything or add time.
  2. 2
    The gallery closes
    Guests can no longer view or add photos.
  3. 3
    14-day restore window
    You can restore the gallery for $25 CAD / $20 USD on Gathering, or $39 CAD / $29 USD on Celebration and Business.
  4. 4
    Permanent deletion
    After 14 days, photos, videos and messages are deleted and can’t be recovered.
