Quick answer

You can restore a closed gallery within 14 days of it closing: $25 CAD / $20 USD for Gathering, and $39 CAD / $29 USD for Celebration and Business. Restored galleries are still capped at 6 months after your event.

How to restore

  1. 1
    Sign in
Open your account and find the closed event.
  2. 2
    Tap Restore
    Pay the restore fee.
  3. 3
    Download everything
Your gallery is back straight away. Download your originals.

Good to know

  • Free galleries can’t be restored.
  • After the 14-day window, galleries are permanently deleted.
  • Restoring doesn’t extend past 6 months from your event date.
