Downloading guestbook recordings

Quick answer

Open the Guestbook tab and tap Download all to get every voice and video message as files in one zip, with written messages included as a text file. You can also download messages one at a time.

Step by step

    Open Guestbook
    In your event dashboard.
  2. 2
    Download all
    You’ll get a zip file with audio, video and a text file of written messages.
  3. 3
    Save it somewhere safe
    Copy the files to your computer or cloud storage before your gallery closes.

File types

  • Voice messages download as audio files that play on any phone or computer.
  • Video messages download as video files.
  • Written messages download as one text file, with names.
