Tips for slow Wi-Fi
- Keep the page open while photos upload. If the signal drops, wait for it to come back and tap Retry on anything that didn’t finish.
- Videos are the largest files. Share photos first, then add videos later from home.
- You can keep adding photos for as long as the host leaves uploads open, usually a couple of weeks.
If something goes wrong
The QR code won’t scan
Move closer, make sure the code is well lit, and hold the phone steady for a second. You can also type the short link printed under the code.
My upload is stuck
Check you have a signal, keep the page open and wait a moment. If a photo doesn’t finish, tap it to try again. Guests can also add photos later from home.
I uploaded the wrong photo
Open “Yours” on the event page, tap the photo and choose Delete. This only works on the phone you uploaded from.
