How do festival attendees share photos?
They scan a QR code on a sign, the program or the stage screens and upload from their phone browser. No app or account needed.
Can we control what appears on the stage screens?
Yes. Turn on photo approval and only photos you or your moderators approve appear on the slideshow. Uploads are also screened automatically for explicit content.
How many people can upload?
Business covers up to 2,000 attendees uploading. For bigger festivals, contact us about Enterprise.
How much does festival photo sharing cost?
Business is $149 CAD ($109 USD) per event with your branding and an invoice. Smaller community events can use Celebration at $79 CAD ($59 USD). Organizers running many events can use Business Membership.
Can we use attendees’ photos in our marketing?
Business shows a photo-use notice before attendees upload, so people know how you plan to use their photos. Check your own rules and get permission where needed.
